Beat End of Winter Meh, Lift Heavy Weights

A lot of my clients are down in the dumps right now. It's that almost to spring, but not quite, still freezing cold outside winter doldrums time of year.
A couple of things: make sure you are getting enough vitamins, especially your D3 and all the Bs. If your diet isn't as healthy as it could be, consider a supplement. I prefer BetterYou oral sprays as they go straight into your bloodstream and there's no waste. Also, lift heavy weights.
With this work out above, warm up for at least 4 minutes prior doing some steady state cardio and then hit the weights. Feel free to end the weight set with some sprints on the rower, bike or treadmill.
NB A hammer squat is as follows: you do a hammer curl whilst doing a full to floor squat, essentially you lift your weights during the squat to get your elbows to touch your knees during that part of the squat. Then, all the way back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
Repeat workout at least 3 times. Go heavy! Ladies minimum 6 kilos, gents at least 10-12. Have fun.
