Welcome to sweat therapy. If being happy and fit were easy, then everyone would be.

But being disgruntled, overweight or out of shape is much easier. Yet ultimately, it makes you feel bad and causes all sorts of potentially avoidable medical conditions. Getting and staying mentally and physically fit is the hardest battle you will ever constantly have to fight. But, it’s worth it.

Changing negative health behaviours like binge eating, excessive drinking, not working out or working out ineffectively, is hard and won't happen overnight. I can help you make small, discernible changes over time that you can stick with and feel good about. The outcome will also be you look good and feel great, too.

I have been a consultant of one sort or another for over 25 years and have the personal and professional experience to help you with your difficult life changes, like autoimmune disease diagnosis, menopause, depression, osteoporosis, occupational change or divorce, just to name a few.
​
What remains consistently true: exercise is at the root of feeling better. We will work together in a gym environment to initiate these changes, but it is up to YOU to bring the discipline required to move forward. Only YOU can ExerciseYOU, both physically and emotionally. Learn to heal yourself from the inside out.
