Sweat Therapy

I will help you learn to establish and work toward realistic goals that are suited to your actual lifestyle. Maybe you need help learning to deal with a newly diagnosed disease, or managing stress in your life? Maybe you've always wanted to run that marathon?  Now's the time.  

I am a trained Humanistic counsellor, which is sometimes called "talk" therapy. 

But we work together in the gym to sweat out any obstacles that might be blocking your path toward success.  You sweat, I listen.

Let me help you create healthy eating plans that suit your lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose weight, re-set your metabolism after a holiday, train for a marathon, reverse some forms of Type 2 diabetes through diet and exercise, or just to eat better overall. 

I will help you put varied and nutritional menus together that work within a busy, social and active lifestyle.  

Exercise

Move it or lose it. 

Exercise is the best medicine for overall general good health and well being.

It can be a key life changer in many illnesses such as anxiety, depression, hypertension and obesity, sometimes reversing certain illnesses completely, or helping manage others, like Type 1 diabetes.  

We will begin with a health assessment to create a bespoke training programme for your most difficult goals, changing and adapting them as you get stronger and healthier.
